Minor improvement, no side effects
Side Effects: none
Directions: Gym up to 3 times a week, when depression wasn't too bad.
Cost: $150
More of a destressor than antidepressant. Much of the effect comes from results. However, I'm speaking of lifting weights, not cardio. For a stronger direct effect, combine with nature (by say, hiking).
